Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with 1eeee

By accessing, registering on or using the 1eeee platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 1eeee.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and use 1eeee you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 1eeee is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You are registering as an individual for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on 1eeee or any other platform where such exclusions may apply.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 1eeee for breach of these terms.
• You are acting in good faith and using your own PKR funds from a payment method registered in your name.

1eeee reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 1eeee. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party.
• 1eeee will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to operate your 1eeee account — is not permitted under any circumstances.

1eeee may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

All transactions on 1eeee are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversion charges applied by the platform. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the payments page.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times. VIP Gold and above members receive priority processing. Elite members receive near-instant withdrawals as a standing benefit.
• 1eeee does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed after a wager has been placed, 1eeee reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the account.

1eeee offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and expire if not used within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Claiming bonuses on behalf of another player or attempting to exploit promotional terms is prohibited.
• 1eeee reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a bonus is claimed under false pretences or in breach of terms, any winnings generated from that bonus may be voided.

VIP programme rewards — including cashback, tier bonuses and exclusive offers — are governed by the VIP Terms, which are available on the VIP page. General bonus terms also apply to VIP rewards unless the VIP Terms state otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on 1eeee — whether on sports markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, or on casino games, live dealer tables, and slots — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 1eeee is not liable for odds errors caused by data feed issues, though such bets may be voided at our discretion.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, applicable bets will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules displayed on the betting page.
• Casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by their respective game providers.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of each specific game as operated by the provider. House rules displayed at the table take precedence.
• 1eeee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or a data feed failure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1eeee and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to our support team.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information about sporting events.
• Systematic promotion abuse — creating multiple accounts or using false identities to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC verification process.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 1eeee staff or other players through any communication channel.

1eeee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requires us to do so.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormancy policy.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. In the case of a voluntary closure, any real-money PKR balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard processing times and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 1eeee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

All content on the 1eeee platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1eeee or its licensed content providers.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the 1eeee platform without our explicit written permission.
• You may not use the 1eeee brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Game content is provided under licence from third-party game studios and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.

Accessing the platform for the purpose of data scraping, building competing products or reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.

By registering on 1eeee you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
